p4-3.8Ghz.jpg

Here is an example of 2 machines we are working on currently. On the left is a P4 3.2 running at 3700+Mhz with a zalman cooled Sapphire 256mb 9800 Pro. On the right is a AMD 3200+ Running at 2.5Ghz with a 9800 Pro 128mb Version. I have tried both video cards in the 2 machines and one thing i can tell you is do not waste your money on the 256mb version. The 256mb version scores about 500 points less in 3DMark 01 and 100 points less in 03. Very dissapointing considering the 256mb version is much more expensive. Update : I have had the P4 running at 3.8 Ghz for about 3 months. So far this machine has people playing battlefield 1942, The Desert Combat Mod for battlefield. Unreal tourney, Grand theft auto vice city, Quake 3,  and Medal of Honor. So far no crashes 0. Not to bad and the Cpu Maxes out at 99F and video card at 110f max. I am very impessed with the Asus P4P800 Deluxe I also have the P4C800 Deluxe and there is very little difference if any waste of money if you ask me. Only thing is if you are planning on running 4 sata drives the P4C800 Deluxe is the way to go.
